A Transit-Oriented Development Alternative Plan is a locally written, state-reviewed plan for meeting SB 79’s required housing capacity. It gives West Hollywood more control over where that capacity goes. Residents are warning that without a local plan, single-family homes near transit could give way to luxury apartments out of reach for many current residents. What do you think?
